How does delivery work?
Select the products you want, submit your order, and we'll prepare it for delivery to your hostel.
How much is delivery?
The delivery fee is ₦2,500. A separate service fee of ₦250 is added to each order.
Can I order multiple items?
Yes. You can select as many available products as you need before submitting your order.
When can I place an order?
Orders can be placed between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is generally expected within the same day. Timing may vary depending on your order and when it was placed.
What if I can't find what I need?
You can use our Special Order option to tell us what you're looking for. We'll check if we can source it for you.
How do I pay for my order?
After submitting your order, you'll see the payment details and the exact amount to pay. Keep your payment screenshot for confirmation.
How do I track my order?
After successfully submitting your order, you'll be given an option to contact us on WhatsApp for order tracking and communication.
